These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and pk444. By registering an account or using any part of the pk444 platform, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using pk444 services is lawful in their jurisdiction. pk444 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming and gambling activities are explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the User to determine the legality of online gaming in their specific location before registering or playing on pk444.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk444 login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. pk444 support staff will never request your password through any communication channel.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you were personally involved in or aware of such activity. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify pk444 immediately through the live chat or support email. pk444 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
You agree to maintain accurate and current information on your Account at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or other identification details must be communicated to pk444 promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to withdrawal processing and may trigger additional verification requirements.
pk444 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account or any portion of your Account balance to any other person. Any attempt to do so will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
pk444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or discontinued at pk444's discretion with reasonable notice to Users.
The minimum deposit amount on pk444 is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the User's account verification status. pk444 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must comply with anti-money laundering requirements. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 12–18 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 2–4 business hours. pk444 does not guarantee specific processing times in cases involving required verification or technical delays.
As a standard anti-money laundering measure, withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit, wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests directed to different payment methods may require additional verification and documentation before processing can proceed.
All transactions on pk444 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk444 does not charge currency conversion fees. The balance displayed in your pk444 Account at all times represents PKR amounts.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pk444 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated alongside each individual promotion in your Account's promotions dashboard. In cases of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to your pk444 Account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and wagering-requirement winnings cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
pk444 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close an Account if it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple sign-up bonuses, hedging bets across multiple accounts, placing contradictory bets, or exploiting any system or technical error to gain an unfair advantage.
pk444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting, unless evidence of abuse is present.

All outcomes in pk444 games are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes observed in real time. pk444 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Cricket betting markets and all other sports betting markets on pk444 are governed by specific market rules applicable to each event, competition, and market type. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pk444 reserves the right to void bets placed on events subject to integrity concerns, technical errors in odds display, or events subsequently cancelled or postponed without a result being determined.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, pk444 applies the following rules: (a) for non-live RNG games, the game state is saved and the session resumes from the point of disconnection upon reconnection; (b) for live dealer games, bets placed before disconnection remain active and are settled according to the actual game outcome. pk444 is not liable for losses incurred as a direct result of disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.
pk444 and its game providers reserve the right to void any bets or game outcomes resulting from a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affected the integrity or randomness of the outcome. This applies to all game categories on the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk444 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk444's maximum aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 calendar days preceding the claim giving rise to liability.
pk444 shall not be liable in any circumstances for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity; (b) indirect, consequential, or special damages; (c) losses arising from the User's failure to comply with these Terms; or (d) losses arising from a User's choice to continue gaming beyond their personal financial limits.

Where an Account is closed by pk444 following a breach of these Terms, pk444 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation of the breach. The English language version of these Terms shall prevail in all cases of dispute or inconsistency with any translated version.
